2. The primary intended purpose of Game Enhancer (or Game Hunter) devices are the use of CHEAT CODES which allow a user to have INFINITE LIVES, UNLIMITED ENERGY, EXTRA SCENES, HIDDEN LEVELS,
SECRET PASSAGES and HIDDEN PROGRAMMER TRICKS. Other intended functions of this device include Full Motion Video viewer, game audio player, memory manager, and CD-ROM viewer. The Game Enhancer 
can allow the user to play backup and imported Playstation games. In order for you to legally own and play a Playstation backup game, you must in fact own the original. You, as a consumer, are allowed under the United States Copyright Law Title 17, Section 117 to own one backup copy of every purchased/copyrighted piece of software you own, and this includes Playstation games

3. The intended purposes of modchip are to allow you to use your Playstation, PS2, Xbox to play imports and backups of software that you legally own, as is allowed by law. We accept no responsibility for the use of the devices to play copies of games you do not own. Using the modchip to modify your console will void your product warranty.
