OUR RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND  POLICIES

 

Returns & Exchanges

GameEnhancer.net understands that in various cases after purchasing an item, not all Customers may be completely happy with their goods. 

 

GameEnhancer.net regrets to inform the Customers that GameEnnhancer.net does not allow any return or exchange once the item(s) have been deemed to be delivered to you due to the nature of the item(s) sold on the website unless defects due to manufacturing is reported within 10 days after receipt of the item(s) by the Customer.

 

 If GameEnhancer.net makes an error and ships the wrong product, GameEnhancer.net will replace it with the correct item if the product is in its original packaging. Which means that the product must be unopened. If the product is opened GameEnhancer.net  may buy back the product if it is in mint condition.

 

If the correct item is temporarily out of stock, Game Enhancer will fill the order when the item returns to stock. If GameEnhancer.net cannot fill the order at any time, a store credit or refund will be authorized at the Customers request.

 

The Customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns. The products must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture.

 

There will be a 15% re-boxing fee in GameEnhancer.net's sole discretion for products not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

 

After the return period, products will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty as applicable. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, DHL, or any other courier that issues a tracking or registered control number.

 

Before returns are shipped back to GameEnhancer.net, a so-called RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be assigned to that parcel from GameEnhancer.net's Customer Service.  GameEnhancer.net  cannot accept parcels without RMA number. Pre-paid orders cannot be refunded. 

 

IMPORTANT! Returning items for exchange or any other reason must have "repair", "returning to supplier for exchange" or "returning to supplier for refund" (depending on circumstance) on the packaging and Customs Declaration or GameEnhancer.net may be attempted to be charged duties and taxes which will result in package being refused. Failure to write the above and fill out necessary forms may result in package being refused at purchasers expense.

 

We will verify that the item is defective. If product is shipped back and found to be non-defective, items will only be shipped back at "purchasers expense". If purchaser wishes to forfeit title of the item, and be refunded, a credit will be applied less 25% restocking fee, less shipping.

 

Due to the nature  of this online business, shipping & handling fee charges will not be refund in any circumstance. Placing order online meaning that you understand that the  shipping and handling fee will not be refund should the product becomes defective or need to be exchanged.

 

Items must be in original undamaged packaging and include all original contents. Items sent back missing contents or in damaged packaging will be refused.

 

 All defective merchandise should be return to us via Airmail or Ground with tracking number. 

 

If you do not agree with our return, exchange or refund policy, please do not order.  

Please send Return Merchandise to the address below with instructions. Return Merchandise without the required information will not  be accepted. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers are not necessary at this time

Refunds

We will only refund or exchange if product is found to be defective when you received it.  Upon receipt, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s) along with any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling fee charges will not be reimbursed.
