Shipping & Handling Methods

You can choose any of the following shipping  & handling options, depending on your delivery and budget requirements:  Shipping & Handling fees is  the cost to have your order packaged, prepared & shipped out to your location.

 We have two methods of shipping & handling with Canadapost (USPS) and Fedex:  STANDARD and PRIORITY..  All order shipped with tracking number.

PLEASE Note:  Order will be shipped to the billing  address for any Credit Card order only. If you want us to sent to  address other than your billing address, you will need to faxed us proof of authenticity that you're the  owner of the credit card. 

PLEASE Note: Shipping and handling fee are nonrefundable as they are the fee to have your order processed online and shipped out to your location.  Please note this is the risk associated with ordering anything online whether it is on our website and on another website.
 

Shipping Charges And Taxes
The prices of the item(s) ordered are displayed at GameEnhancer.net site and in customers shopping cart. All taxes and custom duties which may be incurred in the process of shipment at the destination country shall be bear by the Customer. The delivery charges payable shall be calculated in Customers shopping cart. GameEnhancer.net uses third parties for the delivery of the items. Items will be delivered to address provided by the Customer. Although GameEnhancer.net takes all efforts to procure the expeditious delivery of the items to the Customer, GameEnhancer.net does not represent or warrant that the items will be delivered to the Customer within the time frames quoted on our website. The delivery time frames specified in Customers shopping cart are indicative only and shall not be an obligation on us or the carrier. If the Customer fails to take delivery of the items or fails to enable GameEnhancer.net or the carrier to make delivery (whether by refusal or failure to provide any or proper instructions, authorization, information, payment etc.), delivery shall be deemed to have take place upon the carrier or GameEnhancer.net giving notice to the Customer of such delivery where upon risk in the items shall pass immediately to the Customer. The Customer shall reimburse GameEnhancer.net all costs and expenses (including but not limited to transport, storage and insurance charges) incurred by us as a result of your failure or refusal to take physical delivery.

Title And Risk of Loss
Title to products passes from GameEnhancer.net to Customer on delivery to the courier. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by GameEnhancer.net is Customers responsibility. Title to software will remain with the applicable licenser(s). All items purchased from GameEnhancer.net are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We take no responsibility for delays in shipping such as customs delays!

Limitation Of Liability
We do not refund shipping & handling charges in any circumstance. GameEnhancer.net reserves the right to use alternate transportation companies if deemed appropriate. GameEnhancer.net does not take responsibility for any barrier to entry in the destination country. It is the buyers responsibility to verify that an item purchased does not violate any law, trade law, copyright or any other section that may prevent the item from being delivered. GameEnhancer.net does not take responsibility or accountability for any charges that may be put forth in criminal or civil incidents.
